If you have purchased Traction+ from Traction+, we thank you for trusting us to help you maximize your performance. We are confident in the instant grip enhancement Traction+ provides on hardwood and slick surfaces and take your satisfaction seriously.

 

TROUBLESHOOTING & REPLACEMENTS

If you encounter any issues with the application or effectiveness of Traction+, please reach out to us via email or chat during our business hours.

We will guide you through application troubleshooting and usage tips. If we determine the product is defective (e.g., faulty spray nozzle, incorrect consistency), we will send you a replacement at no extra charge.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may request a full refund (minus any original shipping costs, if applicable) within 60 days of your purchase date if you are not completely satisfied with the grip-enhancing performance of Traction+.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR REFUND

To start a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

Include your Order Number in the subject line or body of the email.

Provide a brief description of the issue or why Traction+ did not meet your expectations.

Our team will review your request and reply within 2 business days with the next steps, including the return shipping address, if applicable.


EXCEPTIONS & LIMITATIONS

Returns or refunds requested after 60 days of the purchase date are not eligible for this satisfaction guarantee.

This policy only applies to purchases made directly at trxnplus.com. Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are subject to their respective policies.
